Thank you for scanning the QR code at the Tavistock Steam Fair. For your chance to win 2 hydrotherapy sessions for your dog, please complete the short form below. We will then draw a winner and notify them by email. If you don’t win you may still be able to get a discount on sessions, just tick the “sign up for news and updates” box when completing the form.
The winner will be notified by email. All dogs that attend hydrotherapy will require vet consent prior to the session, even if just for fitness. There may be a charge with your vet for this which you, the owner will be liable for.
